Let f(x) = 7tan⁸x + 7tan⁶x - 3tan⁴x - 3tan²x for all x ∈ (-π/2, π/2). Then the correct expression(s) is(are)

f(x)=7tan⁡8x+7tan⁡6x−3tan⁡4x−3tan⁡2xf(x) = 7\tan^{8}x + 7\tan^{6}x - 3\tan^{4}x - 3\tan^{2}x

(2),(4): ∫0π/4f(x) dx=0 or 1(2),(4):\ \int_{0}^{\pi/4} f(x)\,dx = 0\ \text{or}\ 1

F(x)=tan⁡7x−tan⁡3xF(x) = \tan^{7}x - \tan^{3}x

∫0π/4f dx=F(π4)−F(0)=(1−1)−0=0 ⇒ (2)\int_{0}^{\pi/4} f\,dx = F(\tfrac{\pi}{4}) - F(0) = (1-1)-0 = 0\ \Rightarrow\ (2)

I1=12ln⁡2,I3=12−12ln⁡2I_1 = \tfrac{1}{2}\ln 2,\qquad I_3 = \tfrac{1}{2} - \tfrac{1}{2}\ln 2

I7=512−12ln⁡2I_7 = \tfrac{5}{12} - \tfrac{1}{2}\ln 2

I3−I7=(12−12ln⁡2)−(512−12ln⁡2)=6−512=112 ⇒ (1)I_3 - I_7 = \left(\tfrac{1}{2}-\tfrac{1}{2}\ln 2\right) - \left(\tfrac{5}{12}-\tfrac{1}{2}\ln 2\right) = \frac{6-5}{12} = \frac{1}{12}\ \Rightarrow\ (1)
